A great trip with family n friends. This wouldn't have been possible without the incredible effort put by Yereni travels and their crew. We had booked 2 private tours with them. And both turned out to be best experience. They had sent a Merc Mini bus (19 seater), just for 7 of us. The trip felt very personal. Our guide Shushan (not sure I got the spelling g right) was excellent and was always their addressing to our queries. They had taken us to some good Armenian lunch both the days, which was awesome. Overall. It was a great trip. We would look forward to travel again and will engage with Yereni travels only. Not to forget their back admin support and coordination was great also. Thanks Monica for this effort. Yereni travels comes highly recommended.
Dear Allan, Thank you for the highest assessment! It is great to know that you had a wonderful time with us. Hope to see you again in the near future. With warm wishes, "Yerani Travel" team
We booked a private group tour by communicating with the office directly, email communication kept changing and there was no consistency in the prices nor itinerary. On the day of the tour instead of visiting the 3 promised locations we only ended up going to one. The car is great, the driver is great, the guide is also great but I feel there's a lot of miscommunication and no consistency. So we essentially paid triple the price for what we got because we didn't end up getting what we paid for.
Dear Najat Al Sairafi, Thank you for taking time to share your opinion with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience was not satisfactory. We have carefully studied your email correspondence and would like to note that you have participated in the tour that you have requested first and maid payment for it. In the offer per your request we have also included stop in Dilijan, however it is not included in the itinerary of the tour you have booked on the website, thus the tour was organized as per your paid booking. We are very sorry that miscommunication in email correspondence caused such situation and resulted in your disappointment from the tour. Please be ensured, that we will take this situation into consideration for further improvements within the team to ensure personal and more professional service. Once again thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are continually trying to improve the quality of our services. We will be happy to welcome you in Armenia again! With best wishes, Yerani Travel Team
