Rajs was a great guide . No need to prepare for a big hike. Walking shoes will do the trick. This is a pretty easy touristy event.
Glad you loved the service! We look forward to seeing you again soon. All he best, ABestX Transport and Tours
Abdul was an excellent driver and tour guide. While it might seem strange, we were unhappy that nowhere in the description it told of the plan to also stop at Johnston Canyon. We had not planned for that extra 90 mins. on the tour. It would have been nice to know in advance!
Thank you for your kind words, Patricia. Abdul is very happy to hear you enjoyed the trip and the stop at Johnston Canyon. Next time, we’ll be sure to inform everyone in advance. We look forward to seeing you again! Cheers, ABestX Canada
And when I log in, it shows my tour as cancelled. I can assure you that we did attend our tour. This is not the 1st time I've used the Viator services. I book tours with you all the time and yet this experience was a bit disappointing. Here's my feedback: 1) We booked the Shuttle Service to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake. We did not see Moraine Lake. Instead, we were taken on a Hike to Johnston Canyon & visited briefly Lake Minnewanka. 2) The tour said start time at 9am, but pickup Meeting Point was at 5 minutes before 9:45am at the Commercial Bus Depot behind the Mount Royal Hotel. So, we arrived around 9:30am. Only to be greeted by the tour guide telling us that the group had been waiting for 30 minutes for us. I assumed they were picking up others at differing locations prior to our pickup. Thus, your instructions were misleading. 3) While our tour guide was friendly and safe, it was difficult to understand him at times. His accent was very thick. I am requesting a refund. LMR
I hope you're doing well. First, we want to sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your trip. We're not sure why it happened, and we even contacted Viator to investigate, as it might have been a system issue. Secondly, I’m not sure if you were aware, but Moraine Lake has been closed since October 14. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, and no operators are allowed to go there until summer when it fully reopens. This is why we offered alternative destinations to ensure you could still enjoy your trip at no additional cost. We truly apologize if we didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, we will continue to enhance our services to meet all of our clients' expectations. Have a great day, and we look forward to seeing you again!

Our driver, Ron, made the trip fun and informative. He was also very professional. Only good things to report! The sites are beautiful but very popular. Wear good walking shoes to hike to the best viewing spots.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Ron will be rewarded for his hard work and dedication to customer service. We are so glad to hear you had a great time in the Rockies. We hope to see you again.
