I had a private guide since it was off season and there were no group tours available. There was a misunderstanding about the meeting time, even though it was planned the night before. I therefore ended up waiting 1,5 hours on my guide that never showed up. Thankfully I got another guide after some time, which was both lovely and knowledgeable. He showed me around Lahore and we had a great day. The company was quite unprofessional regarding the payment of the tour. After I had accepted the offer the night before, they had increased the price in the itinerary without giving any notice. I refused to pay for the additional cost and wanted a discount for them being 1,5 hours late, which I got after some discussion (10 dollars off).
