Good Introduction to Kuala Lumpur

Our driver Nami was friendly and flexible. We got picked up by our hotel and transported around in a comfortable, air-conditioned car. Many of the classic city highlights got covered, including a visit to Batu Caves — which we found especially memorable. For a first-time visitor to Kuala Lumpur, it gave a convenient overview — you see several parts of the city without needing to navigate public transport or plan the logistics yourself. There were moments of flexibility: the driver was helpful, accommodating minor changes, we want to see textile museum and driver agree. Driver gave us decent photo spots (for example, good views of key landmarks).

Fake site and cheating. , driver didn't come nor picked up the phone.

Fake site and cheating. Paid full money online and booked the tour. However, driver didn't come nor picked up the phone. I had no option but to spend money again and book another the tour on the spot. When asked refund on the site, he cheated and told me he is waiting at other site in the city and refused to refund the money saying I didn't come. I had explicitly mentioned my location. I have lost my money. Don't book with this tour. This is cheating business.

Horrible tour company. Avoid them.

Worst customer service possible. Rude treatment. Definitely avoid this nightmare company. Did not deliver the package as promised. And very argumentative. Not what you want to deal with on a vacation.

Bad experience

I requested this tour for 9 people and then two small “uber” cars came instead of a van. We were told there were no more vans. Our driver hardly spoke English and he got lost so we were going around for at least half an hour.

Operator response

Are you guys using English for only review, please use the English to read your itinerary too it's clearly mentioned no tour Guide. Also we wapp you available only cars vans fully booked. As per your agreed we send vehicles. Once done the tour don't make false complaint. Thank you

Avoid - over-sell and under-deliver

Do not bother - get a proper guide or hire Grab (Uber) to see what you want. Our driver messed up our pick-up, was inexperienced, nervous and difficult to understand. She was however polite and a good driver. 23 attractions advertised, 16 listed and the traffic can be so bad that you will be lucky to see half of those. Operator fails to mention slow, slow traffic even when knows of events and street closures and did not suggest a revised program that is doable and hits the 4-5 highlights. We were so frustrated going 5km/hour to a sight that we said that we had seen and did not revisit, that we cancelled the trip two hours early.

Operator response

Please check your itinerary before booking and before leave your review. This tour not Included guide. Than you

Bad value for money

It is very poor value for money, you could get the same service taking taxis from point to point and you would probably get the same. Our driver Jackeline spoke very little English, so she gave us very little information, it seemed like she was eager to give us little time in each section. I think a hop on hop off bus is better.

Very good tour

This was a very good tour. The driver was very patient, drove me everywhere and waited for me, took pictures of me and gave me some info about the places we visited. He even went out of his way to try to find a suitable spot for photographing Petronas Twin Towers and me in front of it. A lot of reviews complain about the driver not being very knowledgeable, but the disclaimer clearly says that the arrangement includes an English-speaking driver and not a guide. I didn't see all of the 23 attractions and not in the described order, but I saw all of the relevant ones. The tour lasted the promised 7 or 8 hours, I can't remember precisely right now. Overall, I am satisfied and wouldn't expect much more.

Poor tour

The driver was not interactive at all and had very little knowledge of all destinations making for a very boring few hours. There was a mixture of reviews on this and we unfortunately got a tour that wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend.
