Kruger National Park Morning Safari 2 people minimum

The service was horrible. We booked for the 5am tour, we arrived at 04:00 and the gates were closed upon arrival, we tried contacting the operator numerous times and logging a call on their app with no avail, nor a call back. We then proceeded to acquire information from the workers at the gate and were informed that the gates open at 6 and not at 5 as specified on your poster and ticket. Lastly the app used to book the activity doesn't give the customer much clarity on the exact location and gate the customer should use, not only does that inconvenience me, it also brought confusion if I am at the correct gate as the app/ ticket doesn't specify. I am utterly disappointed in Viator and wouldn't advise taking this experience with them due to poor communication and coordination I am highly disappointed

Great Experience. Lindo was a good tour guide, very knowledgeable about the animals and explained everything and answered our questions . Saw 4/5 of the big 5. Even saw the Ugly 5!

Went on the Kruger safari and had ‘my lord’ as our guide. He was amazing and such a character, we saw amazing sights and we really taken care of.

Edwin was our tour guide and he was fantastic! Only reason for 4 stars is that we didn’t get water even though it was listed in the invoice.

What a great experience, our guide Edwin was super professional and very well experienced in what to look out for and knowledgeable about anything and everything in the park. Overall the Team were responsive to our requests and kept us updated even when the weather changed.

The experience was great. We saw majority of the big five and the tour guide was very insightful. He knew alot about the animals and knew where to find them.

Positives: Pick up from accomodation Cons: States it's 5 hours. We didn't enter till the park till just before 8 and by 11 he was on his way back to the phabeni gate on a slow drive. The host was a bit quiet. He gave the odd fact but overall was silent through the trip It's a disgrace that you charge children of 1 years old basically a full price. My child sat on my lap through the whole journey. You crammed the bus with as many people as you could.

Enjoyed every moment of our game drive, Lindo was amazing and he made sure we had a wonderful experience and seeing the big five, was amazing

The trip worth it as we were able to locate the big three which is good. Our guide was helpful and he is very much informative

The trip was breathtaking, our guide Lindo was very friendly and eager to show us all the animals. We got to see most of the animals apart from a rhino and wild dogs on our half day trip. Imagine what would have happened if we had a full day.
