The park is most famous for Skradinski buk waterfall which is part of our walk. You will enjoy exploring waterfalls and lakes by walking on wooden footpaths between the trees and travertine barriers. After the walk and some free time we will drive to Sibenik. Before the guided tour of the the old town, we will stop at the base of St. John fortress and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Sibenik. This Gothic-renaissance city is a real pearl in the Adriatic coast. Šibenik conserves various beautiful and abundantly decorated medieval palaces hidden in old stone narrow streets. The center of the city is marked by the unique UNESCO St. James Cathedral. After the guided tour if you want you can stay in the old town. The old town is just 5-10 min easy waterfront walk distance from the cruise port. If not, we will drive you back to your hotel/port.

Skradinski buk waterfalls is the most visited part of the park where you enjoy together with our guide a nice walk on the wooden footpaths between the waterfalls, lakes and trees. You can also discover travertine barriers and explore the old watermills, traditional crafts, weaver, blacksmith's workshop…
Before the guided tour of the the old town, we will stop at the base of St. John fortress to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Sibenik. We will not enter the fortress, only the view from the top. If you want to visit, you can with entrance charge.
Our guide will explain you everything interesting about this remarkable monument that was built for over 100 years. If you choose we can visit it also from inside.
You will enjoy a "best of Sibenik" guided walking tour through the narrow streets our medieval old town. You will visit the main history monuments and find out how the people live today in this combination of the old and modern challenges.. You will also find out why it is considered as the most underrated gem of Croatia.

Pickup Locations & Times
If you come with the cruise ship to the port of Sibenik, the meeting point will be outside the restricted area, 300 meters from your ship, 100 meters from the port. It is an easy straight waterfront walk. Just by our main bus station, the address is Draga 14, Sibenik. Drop off will be right to the ship. If you do not come with the cruise ship, we can pick you up wherever in the Sibenik area. Start for this excursion is not available from the islands.

- The walk in the park is aprox. 2 km. At one point there are about 100 steps down and 200 steps up. They are not steep but could be a problem for people with knee issue.

We had an absolutely fantastic day with Mirko! The communication about meeting place was excellent. His car was very nice and well air conditioned for our drive. My husband walks with a cane and Mirko was very kind to assist when necessary while walking through the park. Could not have enjoyed our day more. HIGHLY recommend!

Driven from hotel in Sibenik to krka waterfalls and on route did (Sibenik city tour). Very knowledgeable, easy going fun guy. Drove very well and spoke excellent English, and answered a vast variety of questions as we travelled between sites on the tour. We did a nature walk, and found a water snake, frogs and were lucky enough to see a four lined snake, was awesome. After viewing the waterfall we boated back, he then recommended a restaurant and we ate there, he turned up and joined us, and we learnt more about the town and history. Was a very informative interesting day, throughly recommend this tour.

Mirko was an awesome guide. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. The waterfalls were beautiful along with the nice nature walk through the park. The boat ride was relaxing and as a bonus there was a festival in the small community that we all enjoyed visiting with the vendors and sampling many of their local products. The walking tour of the town square was great - especially the "water clock". We would highly recommend.
