07:45 AM – 08:15 AM: Pick up time from Klong Muang. 08:30 AM – 08:45 AM: Pick up time from Ao Nang. 09:00 AM – 09:15 AM: Pick up time from Krabi Town.
Morning: Arrive at the rainforest reserve. Visit the Hot Spring Waterfall, walk through the beautiful nature trail, and enjoy a therapeutic soak.
Mid-Day: Head to the natural Emerald Pool for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water. Take an optional walk further up the mountain to view and photograph the striking Blue Lagoon.
02:30 PM – 03:00 PM: Depart from the jungle and arrive safely back at your hotel.

Had a good time on the trip but this is one large company operating and organising a lot of people on tours. We had really poor communication from our guide. I understand why now, because we were separated from him to to go back to the hotel. This means he would never get tip even if we wanted to. We did the hot springs first and then the emerald pool. Both were nice but what was particularly beautiful was the blue pool at the back of the park. Also, ticket prices not included in the price of this tour so overall it was quite expensive for what it was.
