The tour started by a late pickup from our resort, Aonang Villa Resort, Krabi. After that, the tuk-tuk had another 4 more pick up points…which is on the way to the boarding location somewhere at Nopharat Thara. We were lucky to have all participants cooking up a chatter the minute we greet each other. Everyone was very friendly in that trip of ours. That made the trip indeed wonderful. “Toy” made a point to know everyone’s name on the boat during the tour and is very hospitable. There were 19 of us on the boat with participants from Holland, UK, Germany, Canada, Chile and us…from Malaysia. She joked with everyone on the boat & briefed us about the place we are going to visit. She is indeed one of Krabi’s best tour guide… I’d probably say the best in Thailand. First stop - Koh Tup & Koh Mor. These 2 islands are connected by a sand bank during low tide. A swim & a stroll is nice... there is also a small hut selling drinks & grilled corn & some snacks. Lunch was moderate & was brought by Toy. It’s rice, curry, friend chicken & stir fry vegetables. Then Chicken Island where we snorkel. Unfortunately, there isn’t much to see. Not much corals… very few fishes. Railay beach & the day ends there.
