Dear Future Guests, Let me invite you to a unique experience where you’ll learn about local folklore in a fun and engaging way. During this adventure, we will discover the mini statues created by the famous local street artist, Mihail Kolodko. Each of these statues tells a local legend or reflects on the neighborhoods around them. We will explore as many statues as possible, and in between, you'll also have the chance to learn about the city and visit some of its attractions. We start our tour on the Pest side and finish on the Buda side at a central location from where it’s easy to return to the city. During the activity, we will use public transport, and the ticket prices are included.
Tour Options
Itinerary
We start our tour in Budapest’s 7th district, where we’ll first discover some mini statues in the area.
We head to the City Park, where we not only enjoy Budapest’s second largest green space but also discover some mysterious mini sculptures.
We return to the city center by public transport (tickets included), where more fascinating statues await us.
We spend the rest of the tour on the Buda side, taking trams as we go and discovering even more cool statues along the way. During this tour, we don’t just see statues, we also get to explore the city itself.
Since each tour is unique, I can’t say exactly where we’ll finish but I can guarantee it will be somewhere in the downtown area.

At first I was sad that we only got to 10 but then I went out on my own another day and in the same time frame also hit 10. They really are spread out! I enjoyed searching for the sculptures on own and learning about them and the area on the tour as well. I would recommend taking the tour and wish I had done it earlier on in my trip. The tour is a good way to get steps in, see something unique to the city, and see areas that may be less frequented by tourists along with busy ones.
