Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from hotels in Koh Samui, with pickup times between 6.30 a.m. and 7.45 a.m., depending on your location. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup is provided from hotels located near the main road. Guests staying on hillside properties are required to wait at a nearby hotel or travel to a designated meeting point. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has departed may be considered a no-show.
