Could not have been worse. Booked weeks ahead of trip to Kobe. Viator never passed it on to provider. The provider was apologetic and had Viator refund us.
Great experience to learn & see how Sake is made. We stopped at a small brewery and then a larger exhibition/museum so, it was nice to see the contrast. We got lucky and had a special Shochu tasting at a local bar because one of the sake breweries was closed.
The tourist a good intro to sake making. Go to 3 breweries. They’re sort of similar. There aren’t many signs in English and the guides may not know the answers to your question so if your an inquisitive person you may be disappointed
It was an amazing and educative experience. Our guide Julien was the most friendly and willing to teach and share what he knew and let us enjoy an amazing time in the Sake breweries.
