Riley was our guide and he was terrific! Very knowledgeable about the river and we had no men overboard or other issues. We had an absolute blast and will absolutely be back & will refer others!
I loved the whole outing; the facilities are very nice, and the customer service from the girls was the best—they were always very smiley.
Pleasant time on the river cruise on the Tennessee River. Saw many nice things on our 90 minute trip.
Great food, great service, beautiful views!
It was slightly raining but the cruise didn’t disappoint. This was our second time cruising and we’ll definitely be back. The food was amazing. The captain and serving crew was amazing!
I guess there was something lost in translation. We took the tour to see sights and maybe learn something about Knoxville and the surroundings, from the aspect of the history of the river. Instead it was a food and booze and 70’s music cruise. There was no information about what we seeing, other than a flimsy laminated one sheet with 5 obscure facts. When I asked the very nice staff and captain about the history of river life, downtown Knoxville or the beginnings of Knoxville, no one had any idea…. “ I don’t know” ..was the answer. If I had known that this was going to be the experience, I would not have booked it
It was a nice cruise down the river. Dinner was good, service was good. My husband and I really enjoyed it!
It was great, relaxing even ,three coarse lunch. The staff was nice and just the overall atmosphere was wonderful.
Relaxing, gentle river ride to enjoy! Staff was professional and friendly! The scenery was interesting, too!
The captain and crew were extremely attentive and helpful. They volunteered to drive my 87 year old mother in a golf cart to our car, which was in a parking lot quite a ways from the boat. The food and refreshments were very good.
