Klein Curacao Adventure Day Trip

The experience was amazing. The food was exceptional.love Iris tours. The island was great to explore, the water was beautiful. You can bring games to keep you entertained.

The boat ride out to the island was a bit rough with some fairly large waves, but once we arrived, my wife and I had a fantastic time exploring. The lighthouse and shipwrecks were really impressive. The staff recommended we head inland to explore before it got too hot, which was a great call since there wasn't much of a breeze away from the coast. Once we made it back to the beach, though, the combination of the cool wind and water was perfect. The lunch and drinks prepared by the crew on the boat were simple but delicious—exactly what we needed for a great day in the sun!

For our first time in Curaçao, we had already heard so many amazing stories about Klein Curaçao, so our expectations were pretty high. Somehow, Irie Tours managed to exceed every one of them. From the moment we stepped on board until we returned, everything felt like a complete experience. The paradise feeling everyone talks about became a reality thanks to Irie Tours. The stunning island, the smooth organization, and the relaxed atmosphere made for an unforgettable day. What truly made the difference was the crew. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. They don’t just do their jobs—they actively engage with the guests and make everyone feel welcome and included. You can tell they really care about creating a memorable experience for everyone on board. A special shoutout to Sergio (I think it’s written like that, if not…. Sorry) , who is without a doubt the best fruit distributor we have ever seen. If there were a world championship for handing out fruit, he would already have multiple gold medals hanging on his wall! 🍍🍉😂 Thank you to the entire Irie Tours team for making our first visit to Curaçao so special. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Driving to the meetup spot was a breeze, and the free parking on site was a great bonus. The crew was incredibly informative, friendly, multilingual, and brought a great sense of humor to the trip. You can truly tell they love what they do. ​We got plenty of time to enjoy the island. The water is crystal clear, making snorkeling an absolute must! Pro tip...wear water shoes. The entry to the water has some rocks, and the trek to see the lighthouse and shipwreck is very rocky. The crew advised us to do our sightseeing first, which was excellent advice. ​The food and drinks were delicious and well worth the wait. Compliments to the chef for handling the grill while we were swimming! We will definitely be back with more family next time. Thank you, gentlemen, for an amazing day!

Perfect way to spend a day on a holiday. The boat was very good, the crew enjoys their work and are very skilled, making whole sailing part very comfortable. Food was great for boat conditions, very tasty and in good variety. The island is a gem, with marvellous sand and the beach on one side and totally opposite rough rocky seaside on the other side. There was enough shade for everybody, and the crew made sure we have enough refreshments. Altogether, a great experience.

This was without a doubt the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. The water is incredibly clear and crystal‑blue. Visiting Curaçao without going to Klein is simply not an option—it’s the closest to paradise I’ve ever experienced. That said, a word of caution about the journey: it was a 1.5‑hour boat ride against the waves, which caused significant discomfort, with some people getting seasick and children becoming frightened.

If you have a weak stomach and/or motion sickness, the ride over to Klein Curacao is choppy and bumpy. I don’t recommend eating a big breakfast before you depart. Take your motion sickness was medicine. They serve a sandwich ham/cheese and your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, water, Coke, sprite. That was light and perfect for the ride over. Bring some snacks to cover you between breakfast and lunch. Beach and water are wonderful. Beautiful, historical scenery around the island. Amazing sight to see the ship wrecks. So many places to take pics. Trails have lots of rocks. Be careful going barefoot. The lighthouse is something to see. Be careful taking steps to the top and coming down. The crew called the A-Team with Captain Michael is that, “The A-Team”. The captain navigated the waters very well. His crew was awesome with service on the boat and beach. The lunch was delicious (chicken skewers, beef skewers, pork sausage, garlic bread, pasta, salad). Great meal after being in the sun. The music was entertaining. On the ride back they served watermelon and pineapple slices. Both were very sweet. While on the beach, we looked at other boats that brought people over and our team was more engaging than the other teams we witnessed. Thanks for the attention A-Team. Leave a tip. I did.
