Great day out! Perfect combination of cycling and nature and cultural information. Bikes were right size and adequately maintained. And Amin was a friendly, well organised and informative guide. My only problem was, they offered hotel pickup but there was nowhere on the tripadvisor sign-up to enter my hotel. The contact link on booking site didn't bring a reply. I had to gogle Greenbikes then whatsapp them- response this way was prompt and helpful.
The guide was friendly and very kind. Cycling was also great, but it was a meaningful time as the guide explained Bali life and customs in detail.
We did the Kintamani Cultural and Nature Cycling Tour and it was one of my favourite activities in Ubud. Our guide Ben (and his colleague) were fantastic. Our group of 3 ladies in our late 40s and 50s, along with 2 other 50/60 year old ladies had the best time and were so well taken care of. My friend was worried about her ability to do, from a fitness perspective, but it really was all down hill and minimal pedaling was required…she - and all of us - were so glad we did! Highly recommend. Good safety and no one was left behind. Note that your first stop is brekkie at Greenkubu cafe which is included so don’t eat first like we did!
Amin was a stellar guide. He showed us the local places, and adapted the trip to suit our needs. We really liked the coffee tasters, and the tasty lunch. Showing us the local balinese house was a highlight.
Very nice walk in the countryside of Bali. We passed on small roads of the paths and through rice fields. Our guide has been in care all morning. Stop for coffee with cakes and lunch in a beautiful restaurant included.
This was by far one of the best excursions we’ve done so far! Our guide Ya was amazing. Friendly super knowledgeable and fun! His energy was infectious and the tour was awesome! If you are looking to immerse yourself in the culture truly learn or see what it’s like in the life of a Balinese person this is the one for you! Lunch was delicious! The atmosphere was so good. The bike ride felt amazing the route is awesome!
An excellent ride, well led by Dwi, backed up by Wayan An easy cycle through traditional villages, jungle and rice terraces - and almost all downhill! It was well organised from hotel pick up and drop off to snack breaks and lunch. The bikes were also good
By far the highlight of our holiday - we did the Greenbike Cultural ride and the Tudak Cepung waterfall ride. Our guides, Gede & Arizon were very knowledgeable, & happily answered our (many) questions about the places we saw, Balinese culture, and everyday life in Bali. We passed through a diverse range of villages, agricultural areas and forests. The tours were well paced, relaxed, and Gede let us know times/distance along the route. The rides were physically easy,. The drivers and guides are local, and connected to their communities, and provided an authentic commentary. And the meals/snacks were delicious!
From the on time hotel pickup until dropping off at hotel later, the day went perfect. Cycling was smooth, relaxed, informative and very professional. Louis and the rest of the team on the day looked after us great, first class.
More than positive experience, everything as described. Our guide Amin and his companion were really good, kind and attentive to all needs. We were lucky enough to do the tour only with another couple of tourists, and the mini group made sure that everything went well, without any hitches or delays.
