You can either choose to do a direct route to Ross castle and stop for a walk around the grounds or you can choose the lakes route and have a stop on the lake shore over looking the castle to take photos and take in the views!! But

Informative and relaxing! My husband and I learned so much from our tour guide and saw such beautiful sights! Next time I come to Ireland, I’ll be sure to bring my family on this tour! Our tour guide was so gracious about taking pictures for us and keeping us comfortable like providing blankets for when it was chilly and an umbrella for the rain. He also gave us many recommendations for other places to visit during our stay in Killarney.
The carriage ride was wonderful! It was really worth it. Everything went smoothly, we were welcomed warmly, there was a lot of interesting information about the park and its history during the ride, and we really enjoyed the enchanting landscape and the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The ride starts inside the entrance gate by the snack bar (lodge) and is a wonderful tour. Lots to see. This company has covered carriage.

We had an amazing carriage ride! Duke was such a wonderful horse—calm, friendly, and clearly well cared for. It was a very beautiful tour in breathtaking nature. Our driver Tony told us a lot of exciting things and was very knowledgeable about the historical background of the area and Ireland in general.
