Pickup is included for guests staying in Moshi town only. Guests staying outside Moshi are required to inform us in advance and arrange their own transport to Moshi at their own cost. Once in Moshi, pickup for the tour will be provided as scheduled.

What an incredible TEAM! I just had the most incredible, exceptional, customer service encounter in years! Unfortunately I decided to cancel my trip for the hike because of a change in my destination, but I received the best response from the company who showed understanding and invited me to join in another opportunity for a hike at Mt. Kilimangaro. I most definitely will be rebooking with the company and all I can say is that if they can deliver great service such as this before hand, well I know the experience will be EXCEPTIONAL!!!
