Description
This trip is a departure from traditional fishing excursions in Alaska. You’ll ride in a comfortable, wide-open skiff, you’ll feel the wind in your hair, the spray on your skin, and no matter which way you turn, you’ll be immersed in an Alaskan sensory experience. We’ll outfit you in rubber raingear and place you next to a warm fire at the fish camp, but getting a little wet is part of the appeal! This trip is fast-paced, we’re not waiting around for the fish. You’ll drop in a spot and either start catching within a couple minutes or we’ll be off to the next location. When salmon are in, we rush to jig rockfish before switching over to troll

We will have a sign with your last name on it near the gangway of your ship, and escort you to our marina which is located downtown Ketchikan near where the cruise ships dock.

Captain Kinani made this trip unforgettable!!! Such an amazing deal for what you pay. We caught rock fish and got to watch them get fillet by Kinani and cooked by the amazing chefs. She shared so much local knowledge and tips for fishing. I’ve never gone before and caught 3! If you can, ask for her!
We had a fantastic experience with Jordon Rykert as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, helped us have the best fishing experience as novices and had a great personal style. He was all around great! The trip was a success - caught a lot of fish - followed by an excellent lunch of our catch at a campsite. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful time, grandson and Nana, fishing and experiencing the bald eagles. Great lunch. We lucked out having a nice sunny day. Tim was a great guide, very helpful and informative.
AMAZING experience. We were lucky to see most of the Alaskan wildlife and caught some amazing fish. The beach cookout was the cherry on top. Wonderful food in a majestic environment. Captain Tim, was spectacular. He was knowledgeable, personable, awesome as a guide, and all around great dude! Would absolutely book again, thanks for the memories and experience.
While the trip was pretty expensive we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone caught fish and then it was excellently prepared for us on shore around a cozy campfire.
We had a great time fishing in Ketchikan! Steve was AMAZING and his two friendly dogs were a bonus! He was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience one we will never forget! We caught many fish and I I have very little experience fishing. After we caught some fish, Steve took us to a camp site where he prepared and cooked our fish. The meal was great, the fish was really tasty. I cannot say enough great things about this excursion, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Alaska!
Guide Tim Kistner was fantastic. This is a bucket list tour
This was a fantastic experience. Not only did we catch two fish, one being a 12 pound salmon, we saw a pod of whales playing and breaching beside our boat. Tim was an excellent guide/fishing coach! And, our cooked salmon at the campsite was excellent. The experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Captain Tim was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable and we hit some great spots. lunch was so yummy! Well run and great teamwork by all staff!
Dave was the best! He did everything in his power to ensure we caught a fish and made the trip so memorable. We saw so many bald eagles, caught enough fish to eat, had so many laughs with Dave, and took the best photos. Thank you for making this trip so special Dave!! I hope we will be back!
