Kawasan Canyoneering is a challenging and adventurous tour in Cebu. Upon arrival, you meet your local guide and follow their orientation. There are shower facilities, lockers, lifejackets, a hard hat, and a wet suit and you're good to go! Waterproof cameras and aqua shoes can be rented on-site, with prices ranging from Php 550 for the camera to Php 150 for the shoes. But this is subject to availability. Should you wish to rent, kindly ask for assistance from your local guide. Feel the rush! Your heart thumping strong and wild, your mind tells you not to but your heart wants to! This tour is perfect for beginners. The tour involves walking, scrambling, climbing, swimming, and jumping and includes rock formations, small caves, and waterfalls. After traversing the river and jumping from waterfalls, you'll be hiking through a forest until you reach the third level of Kawasan Falls where a hearty lunch awaits. More swimming and a hydro massage will complete your extreme Cebu adventure!

We were a family of 4 with kids 17 and 22. The tour had excellent Guides that were extremely helpful through the hiking, sliding and jumping. The canyon views views were amazing and we had a wonderful lunch afterwards!! I would recommend the zipping option to start the trip.

This was far my best adventure experience! Whole day adventure. Scary jumps up to 15m (you can choose not to jump and take another way), long and high scary zipline (add 500php per pers so worth it) to get to the beggining point (otherwise hike a little). We had a guide just for the 2 of us. People around too but its fine. The guide was so nice and experienced so you are safe. Most of all the beauty of the place is really breath taking! Then we had nice big lunch when it was over back to the agency. Only negative thing we had is that as we stayed in Mactan we had a private pick up there and a ride of 2h30 in the morning and 4h back included. That is why it is pricey. Otherwise I recommend if you are already in the area to go directly to an agency to save money.

This was a fun way to spend the day - heads up, the trail to get to your first jump was quite slippery and challenging as it had just rained. Wear sturdy shoes, I recommend with some sort of toe protection as you are going to be stumbling through rocks and water all afternoon. They will rent you shoes, but they are pretty flimsy, not included in the cost, may not have your size, and I’m glad I had my own - even if it took them two extra days to dry out! You might want to take a few extra pesos with you as there will be opportunity to buy snacks on the way. You don’t get lunch until the very end of the tour and we were starving... you should be of some reasonable physical condition. We are in our 50s and of average fitness and had no problem - but we watched some other out of shape folks younger than us struggling - and one ended up injuring his back. Be careful- listen to your guide, be brave and have fun!!
If you like swimming and adventure, this is the activity for you. I’m not a good swimmer, so we chose canyoneering instead of whale watching. Local guard knows every place where you should go or not, where you should just jump and enjoy. Our guard, Mark, took pics and videos for us during the whole trip. Also the place was very well maintained, almost no litter and clear water. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend those who go to Cebu to do this adventure, simply fantastic. Any jump, slide, rail is fantastic. I advise you to bring your own shoes for water, because the rails are complicated, have a lot of stones.
So we did a multi day trip that they organised forms start to finish - Stephanie in the office was very responsive. John our driver was first class - and we had him the whole time which was a good idea. Canyoneering is fantastic - quite full on for 2.5 hours, physical, i wore reef shoes but should probably have worn trainers. We dived with the whale sharks which was the best part of the trip - we saw 4 other divers only vs hundreds of snorkellers even at 630am. It is a must-do and when they come out of the depths you feel like you have your own personal whale shark. I would definitely use them again for anything in Cebu

My friends and I booked this trip and it was amazing. We got picked up in a private van from our Airbnb and taken about 3 hours to the Kawasan falls area. Upon arrival we were given life vests, watershoes (if we didn’t have them) and helmets. We hopped on the back of some motorcycles and were taken to the start of the adventure. Mark was our guide and he took so many photos for us. He was basically our personal photographer. We had a blast with him. Definitely try the chicken at the one snack point (you’ll know when you get there). The lunch at the end was great. They gave us SO MUCH FOOD! We had a blast. Highlight of the trip so far. Bring a change of clothes and maybe a towel because you can shower at the end if you want.

Our family really enjoyed this tour. The kids (teen agers) just kept jumping in and out of the water. I didn't think I would enjoy it since I don't fancy jumping off anywhere but the environment was so fun you just gotta go with the flow. Even if you are scared, try to go for it (there are low ones too!) and you will not regret you did. One for the books!
