It is a full day rafting package with few big rapids on the way like the Wall -IV and Three Blind Mice- III+ and huge cliff jump which can be experience only if you go for 35km rafting. Top part of the river is very quite as not many companies run this part of the river so you can really enjoy the solitude of the nature. it is great way to spend almost full day on the river.

In one simple word it was fantabulous. Rafting in Rishikesh was a thrilling embrace of nature’s raw power and serene beauty. As the Ganges roars through emerald valleys, adventurers paddle against foaming rapids, hearts racing with excitement. The cool spray of water mingles with the warmth of the Himalayan sun, creating a perfect harmony of challenge and joy. Each rapid conquered feels like a triumph, while calm stretches invite reflection on the sacred surroundings. Beyond adventure, rafting here is a spiritual journey—where adrenaline meets tranquility, and the river whispers timeless stories. Rishikesh transforms rafting into more than sport; it becomes an unforgettable communion with life itself, and me and my husband experienced the best of Ganges with the best team, our guide Dev and in kayak was Bhupi. The cliff jumping, standing in the edge of the raft, free floating etc such small but joyful experiences will stay with us for a lifetime and a big thank you for both Dev and Bhupi along with the Red chilli team for making our Rafting experience worthwhile.

Amazing n professional instructors with safety kayakers. TRS floating jacket wet suit with splash proof jackets were provided during winter time which helped me to enjoy the rafting and not the cold waters
Red Chilli is an thoroughly professional team. They are deeply experienced and are experts in the activity. They take extra care to ensure safety during the activity. At the same time they make the entire journey full of fun and laughter. They are one of very few teams that do 35 kms and they deserve full accolades for managing it so nicely. The two professional safety kayaks added an extra sense of safety during the activity. The team is highly recommended for everyone.
Let me firstly sum up the whole event in one word, ‘AMAZING’. To be descriptive, the service that have been provided for the entire day was mind blowing. From water bottles to refreshments to meals in between, everything was taken care of in a best way possible. While I was booking the trip I felt it a bit expensive but when I saw the service it all felt worth it.

Instructor Dev, Kayaker Priyanka, Kayaker Dhiraj were a amazing team that made us feel so so safe. Their first impact was itself so comforting. We had a once in life time experience. Full Sun, Clouds, Rain, Haik Storm, Strong Turbulence but this professional young team was there like a shadow.... protecting us guiding us, encouraging us to experience what one can get only once in a life time .... Red Chilli Ofc Staff were the most courteous, very reachable, warm and supportive. Office was comfortable to relax with good AC. Had a amazing time. Thank you guys

We have just finished the 30km tour, and are all full of emotions and adrenaline. It was amazing and we had a lot of fun. The tour guys were super easy, supportive, attentive and fun. And the food was very, very good (even for one who never ate Indian food before). Highly recommend.

I had an exciting rafting experience overall. Dev, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and highly focused on safety, which I appreciated. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the tour was well-organized with great add-ons like cliff jumps, a beach lunch, and opportunities to try rowing the raft. However, my experience was marred by an unexpected issue. Despite booking a private rafting experience for around Rs 25,814, two additional guests joined without my consent and paid significantly less (Rs 3,000 each). I was refunded Rs 4,500 (Rs 2,250 per person) with Rs 750 deducted for a Viator commission, which I found unreasonable and disappointing. The owner mentioned they thought I’d enjoy the company, but I specifically booked a private tour. Paying Rs 21,000 when others paid Rs 3,000 for the same trip felt unfair and unprofessional.
This is conversation between Mr Rahul and me. We have appologized and refunded the claimed amount. VIPIN ( ME): Did you want to go all alone? We thought we helped you to find some company for Rafting. We had no problem to take you all alone but we thought it can be boring. I am sorry if it has disappointed you but our thoughts were about to make Rafting more fun for you by adding few people. We were not making any extra money by adding those people since you had paid entire raft so we did not really need them on the raft. I hope u enjoyed the company of those people during Rafting. However, I had specifically requested a private rafting experience, as discussed at the time of booking, and the addition of others affected the experience I was looking forward to. While I understand the intention was to make the tour more enjoyable, I typically prefer private experiences—if I wanted company, I would have opted for a group tour myself. Transparency about such changes is crucial to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all guests. Regarding the refund, as I paid Rs 25,814 for a private tour, a fair resolution would be to receive 2/3 of this amount as compensation, equating to approximately Rs 17,209. So far, I have received Rs 4,500. I would appreciate if the balance can be addressed to ensure we are both satisfied with the outcome.
