Pay for VIP, it's absolutely worth it! The views, seating, food was all so amazing. Performance was perfect
The meal at the Gaylord was worth the extra expense. We felt very special! The show was amazing with great performers.
Restaurant staff was friendly Clean and well cared for. Beautiful grounds and gardens Performance and performance were amazing!!
First, I was not aware that I selected VIP event. From the check-in (twice) to the 4 course meal and the play. My family enjoyed this beautiful evening. Dava was our hostess and server, she was knowledgeable funny and awesome. Overall, the Voye family had a great and wonderful time.
I visited 2019. I enjoyed the entire show I just re lived here in 2026. Lasting impression.
The dinner and show were both amazing. Wonderful dinner at Gaylord's followed by the show. The fire dancers were beyond anything we expected. We loved the way the dancers interacted with the children in the audience.
The front table seating at the luau, orchid lei welcome and escort to the performance was a nice touch! The luau show was great. Food at dinner was ok, nothing exceptional but our service at dinner was very good.
This is the second Luau we,'ve seen on Kauai this week, and it was the absolute best we've ever been to. The show is much closer to the audience, and the actors interact more with the guests. If you can, buy the upgrade ticket that includes the plantation mansion dinner, instead of the buffet. Much better food and service, and it includes VIP reserved seating in the first row of the theater. Well worth it !
Luau Kalamaku with Manor House 4-Course Dinner and Show. We had transportation from our resort to the Luau Kalamaku. The 4-course meal at the manor house was excellent. We had an opportunity to browse the shops before the show. We were escorted to our reserved front row seat for the luau. The show was fabulous!
We paid up for the 4-course dinner experience. The only reason to do so would be to secure front row seats at the show. Gaylord's has an opportunity to make the dinner experience something unique but have yet to do so. The restaurant service was good but the food was average.
Mahalo for joining us and for sharing your feedback regarding the dinner and show experience. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the service and appreciate your comments regarding the dining portion of the evening and overall value. Feedback like yours helps us continue evaluating the guest experience and offerings. Mahalo!
