Description
This private airport transfer provides direct transportation between Kansai International Airport, Osaka, and Kyoto. Guests can avoid train transfers, taxi lines, and carrying luggage through busy stations after arrival or before departure. Airport arrival pickup includes flight monitoring when the flight number is provided, free name sign service, and 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. Hotel and city pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Vehicle options are available for small groups, families, and larger groups, including Alphard, Hiace, 18-seat vehicles, and 44-seat buses. One child seat is included on request, and a phone charger is provided. This is a private transfer only; tour guide, English-speaking driver guarantee, sightseeing stops, guided commentary, and meals are not included.

Pickup Locations & Times
Please provide accurate lead traveler contact details, flight number, pickup address, drop-off address, actual passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. For Kansai International Airport arrival pickup, the driver will meet guests at the arrival area with a name sign. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time. For hotel, city, or accommodation pickup, please wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. For apartments, stations, or other agreed pickup points, please provide the full address, building name, entrance details, station exit, and any access instructions in advance. Extra waiting fees apply after the free waiting time: vehicles up to 13 seats cost JPY 5,000 per hour, 18-seat vehicles cost JPY 10,000 per hour, and 44-seat buses cost JPY 15,000 per hour. For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a late-night service fee of JPY 2,000 applies. This fee is not included in the booking price and should be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup details or contact information are incorrect or incomplete, or if the driver cannot contact the guest, the service may not be provided as scheduled. Pickup or drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, station, traffic, or local regulations. Night service fee: A flat JPY 2,000 applies from 22:00 to 07:00.

Nice car. Good communication. Beware the cell reception in the airport is bad. Tried to WhatsApp the driver once we were out. Turns out he was waiting with my name on a sign but not in the area we exited. Tried for 15 mins to reach him but had no cell signal and so finally logged into airport WiFi Otherwise the pick up and car was great. Nice drive to hotel

Roy was understanding when we texted about the unexpected long line to go through customs. Also, responded quickly to all text messages. After exiting the customs area, he was easy to find. He helped with our luggage and gave us water immediately when we entered the vehicle. As we got closer to the destination, he told us about popular areas of shopping. When we arrived at the hotel he helped transport the luggage inside the lobby. He did not leave until he saw us walk into the building. He made our arrival easy and pleasurable.

Excelente servicio de transportación desde el aeropuerto de Osaka hasta nuestro hotel en Kioto. El conductor fue muy amable y profesional desde el primer momento. Nos estaba esperando en el aeropuerto con un rótulo con nuestro nombre y se comunicó con nosotros el día antes para coordinar todo. También nos ayudó con nuestras maletas, lo cual hizo la llegada mucho más fácil. Durante el trayecto manejó de forma excelente, con mucho respeto y cuidado. The driver was very kind and professional from the start. He was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on it and contacted us the day before to confirm all the details. He also helped us with our luggage, which made our arrival much easier. During the ride, he drove very safely and respectfully. At no point did we feel unsafe—everything was smooth and comfortable. Our driver Ally was friendly, and communicative. He texted us both before our arrival and the day of our arrival keeping us up to date with his position. He was so helpful and friendly with our kids and made the drive easy and pleasant for all of us. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and wonderful to be in for our long ride from Osaka to Kyoto and we hope to have Ally as our driver again.
