The sites are amazing and...

The sites are amazing and the guide was good, but the timings are just a bit silly. We were given an over 20 minute toilet/coffee stop about 15 minutes after collection in the morning - nobody in the group needed this stop. Then when we arrived at the war cemetery we only had 15 minutes.... We missed the Death Railway Museum and Research Centre completely, that wasn't mentioned at all even though it was on the itinerary. And then we had 1.45hrs for lunch and looking around Tham Kra Sae. Then back into the van, only to immediately stop for another toilet/coffee break of over 20 mins. It just felt like we spent the entire day travelling or having travel breaks, and the tour stops themselves were rushed add ons.

Great Experience

The guide was great. The trip was well organized and the most moving experience was the stop at the allied cemetery. Got to walk on the bridge made famous by the movie Bridge Over the River Kwai.

Very nice experience

It was a great experience. Getting to know details about the history behind the bridge and the river was very interesting, but the Jeath Museum needs a little bit more maintenance. At times I felt like we were rushed, maybe to make up for the time lost in traffic. The guide was very friendly and nice but his English was difficult to understand.

Just a good day. The trip notes were optimistic, a 13 hour tour became 10 hours, maybe we missed the railway centre? It was still a superb day.
