Our guide, Katie was kind, adaptable and patient with all of our questions and the two paces set by our party. We explored the samurai district, Ken-Roken garden and Omochi market. She gave great tips of places to explore outside of our tour and introduced us to some yummy seafood treats. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful evening stroll through the historic areas with Yuzuki. We found him very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Really enjoyed the back streets in the evening light and loved that we were able to enter the temples after dark, an unexpected experience. Ended the evening in an Izakaya, so fun!!! Thank you!

Fun time. Little over 3 hours Host is very friendly. The park had an extra cost. Chilly day, but still very beautiful. Not crowded at all.

I didn’t know where to start with Kanazawa with such a short time frame. We were put in touch with Katie, where we did a survey to see what activities would be suitable for our preferences and then chose from there. With some scheduling issues (on our end with transport) she was very accommodating and changed meeting times and also met us at our hotel. She is kind, full of knowledge of the Kanazawa history, area and best food spots! Once our tour with Katie was over she was very helpful with giving us information on the buses and transport around town. I would recommend this tour and hopefully you are us lucky us to get Katie for a guide.
We’re so glad to hear your time in Kanazawa with Katie was such a great fit! It’s wonderful that her kindness, flexibility, and deep knowledge of the city made your visit both smooth and memorable. Thank you for your kind words and recommendation!
