Independence Square is the heart of Kiev. That`s the Meeting Point, where you will find your tour guide with the green flag.
The Main Street of Kiev. The entire street was completely destroyed during World War II by the retreating Red Army troops and rebuilt in the neo-classical style of post-war Stalinist architecture.
The biggest indoor market in Kiev which was financed by Ukrainian businessman of Jewish origins - Lazer Brodskiy.
There is a house on this street where Golda Meir was born. She was a prime minister of Israel.
The Brodsky Choral Synagogue is the second largest synagogue in Kiev. It was built in the Romanesque Revival style resembling a classical basilica.
We`ll use a metro to get to Babi Yar - a ravine in Kyiv and a site of massacres carried out by German forces during their campaign against the Soviet Union in World War II. More than 150000 people were killed there.
