Highly do not recommend booking a jet ski with this company. I used the google maps address in the email I received from the confirmation of the booking and I was waiting 40 minutes and nobody came! I then rang them and I was spoken to very rudely on the phone saying to ring another number and it cannot be handled. I then further contacted them and they said come tomorrow, which I couldn’t do as I was leaving and they refused to give back a refund/partial refund. Very bad customer service experience overall.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’d like to clarify what happened, as there seems to be some misunderstanding. Your booking was scheduled for 18:00. You contacted us at 18:15, saying you were at the meeting point. As soon as you called, we immediately asked our jetski operator—who was nearby and rotating every 30 minutes—to head over and meet you. It took him just a couple of minutes to reach the meeting point, but unfortunately, you were not there. I was also personally on-site at the time, managing other rentals right next to the Google Maps pin location by the pier. Had you been at the designated meeting spot, one of us would have certainly seen or met you. You mentioned having waited for 40 minutes, but the timeline doesn’t match the booking and call times. Still, in good faith, we offered to reschedule for the following morning, but you declined, saying you were heading home. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience and ensure smooth coordination for all our guests. We’re sorry this didn’t work out, but we were present, ready, and looking for you.
