I visited GoJet today with a friend. At first, everything seemed well organized and professional. However, once we were on the water, we were disappointed with the photos that were taken for us. The quality was very poor, despite being taken with what seemed to be an iPhone 12 or a similar device. We asked if we could use our own phones to take pictures, but initially the staff made it seem like this was not allowed and told us we would only receive five photos per person. After discussing it with them for about 20 minutes, one staff member finally confirmed that we were actually allowed to bring our phones on the water. At that point, several staff members seemed annoyed and irritated with us, even though we felt our concerns were reasonable. After returning to the harbor, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. The staff barely acknowledged us, and instead of the original staff members, another girl ended up taking us back. While the activity itself was fun, the communication and customer service were disappointing. Clearer information from the start would have avoided the entire situation.

The guys who took us out and guided were great in communicating the requirements. Impressive in safety conscious aspects from the start. The machines were responsive and in top condition.

This was absolutely class. Don’t be put off by the fact there is a guide you have absolute opportunity to do whatever you want and be safe doing it. It’s really chilled and even though it was my first time on a jet ski I loved it and within about twenty minutes I was throwing it round and having a cracking time. It’s great value for money. A proper buzzing hour with a great opportunity to see the stunning coastline.

We did the 30 minute session as a couple. Was a great experience 15 minutes each is plenty of time surprisingly. The jetski was top quality felt very stable even when jumping. The staff not sure the guides name but the instructor before the session was called Renata she was great really kind and made us feel comfortable with everything. Alround definitely a great experience and the photos were great to top it off

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with GoJet in Alcudia! The jet ski ride was thrilling, smooth, and incredibly fun, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was well-organized, and the equipment felt safe and top quality. A special mention goes to Renata, who made the whole experience even better. She was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable and excited from the very beginning. Her positive energy really stood out and made a big difference. If you’re in Alcudia and looking for an unforgettable adventure, this is a must-do. Highly recommended!
