- Jet Ski age specifications: 0-6 Years Old : Cannot ride a Jet Ski Cannot remain alone and unsupervised by parents or legal guardians at the marina or on the boat. 7-15 Years Old : Cannot drive a Jet Ski. Can Be a passenger on a Jet Ski if parents or legal guardian 18+ is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test). Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.Cannot remain alone and unsupervised by parents or legal guardians at the marina or on the boat. 16+ Years Old : Can drive a Jet Ski if : Provide a valid Photo ID, Born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Course. 16/17 YO drivers/passengers : At least 1 Parent or legal guardian must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in. If 2 Adults want to share a Jet Ski, only one must meet above requirement (both need a valid Photo ID) OR Can be a Passenger on a Jet Ski if : Provide a valid Photo ID.
- A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Information regarding this license will be sent to you upon booking.
- There is a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg) for each ski.
- Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM/PMR). Please contact us before your booking in order prepare your visit with easily access.
- For safety and performance reasons, each Jet Ski has a maximum total weight limit of 300 lbs (~136 kg) to ensure proper balance and control. For double jet ski options, if any of the pairs exceed this weight limit, our on-site instructor will be required to assign one Jet Ski per person, and an additional charge will apply.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Jet ski activity is highly weather-dependent. Since conditions in Miami can change quickly (due to rain, wind, or current strength), cancellations may occur for safety reasons. In such cases, guests are always offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

The morning of our excursion they canceled our original time slot at 4PM and changed it to 6PM. The alternate reservation that was given had to be taken or we would lose our slot. We were told to arrive at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:17. We are still sitting here waiting on the captain for our Jetskis. It is currently 6:43. DO NOT BOOK
It was raining very hard. They canceled our Jet Ski, and they have yet to send our refund back, even though they were the ones that canceled it.

Poor communication! My reservation was set for 2pm they called me 10am rescheduled my reservation for 12pm then cancelled my reservation!

We were given the run around twice just to not end up riding. I wanted to ride Saturday not the next day. I want my refund as SOON AS POSSIBLE
We made the reservation in the morning for an afternoon jet ski tour. We received all the confirmation information. Big Wave Dave never showed up to take us out in the jet ski tour. Another few people were waiting as well. We met by the giant yellow chair by Hard Rock. Dave was a no show. No email. No text. No tour. There was no way to contact the company - the text feature and emails were not responded to. No one answered the phone call. Not a great way to treat paying customers. Not a great way to spend precious vacation time.

Hello, You provided w wrong phone number so we couldn't contact you. You have been refunded due to overbooking immediately after you booked. Unfortunately you didn't check your email, or give us the correct phone number.
This was a Saturday. We met at a public parking lot and waited for 1.5 hours for the boat to take us to the jetskis. The operator did text us previously and told us they were running late and that they moved out 3:30 booking to 4:00. We did not get on the jetski until 5:15. (Original booking at 3:30) We had to rearrange the rest of the day because of that . It was a good experience but do not expect it to be on time .
My friend and I had a great time on the water with BJM Tours. The team was very clear with safety rules and limitations, most importantly they let us go out and have fun on the water. Chris & Ninja captained our tour, they were amazing and great hosts. Next time I'm on the water I hope to kick it with them again.
We had no pictures, no drinks, just 1 rude guy that didn’t even want to answer our questions. The Jetskis are all beat up and ratchet like it was just not worth the money at all, the ski’s barely even work we booked for 3:30pm and they made us wait till 5pm and finally at 5:35 they picked us up to ride ! Who wants to ride when there is no sun ! There’s just no point i went early to ride with sun. It was a total bummer Honestly everything was a lie and yet they still charged is $30 each for what reason IDK! NEVER GO THERE

The drinks and pictures are upon request, all you have to do is request it as it is clearly explained in the "what's includes section " and also on your ticket. As well as the gas fee, it is clearly stated on the listing before purchase. You came on the 4th of July weekend and you came late, so we rescheduled you to the next spot available. I would suggest for your next time in Miami, to read the entire page of the website and to come on time to your appointment. We hope to see you soon 😊 we will give you 40% off.
