Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup and drop-off are free from Kata, Karon and Patong only. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel. If you are outside the pick-up area, you will need to come to the meeting point by yourself.

Well worth the money spent, we both had the most amazing day! The staff were friendly & helpful, lunch delicious. We would both do it again in a heartbeat. Make sure you take a hat, plenty of sunscreen and some money for the last island so you can have a cocktail on the beach.

I booked this trip over four months ago. When I booked it, it included transfers from my accommodation that I had selected from the list a few days before we went on the trip. I then received an email stating that, due to my location — even though they had accepted my location months ago — I was not within their catchment area. I had to make my own way at my own expense to the starting point, which cost me £15 each way. Only one other person was on the excursion, and they also got a taxi there. i enjoyed the jet skiing, but it was disappointing that I spent an additional £30 getting there and returning. I requested a partial refund. They sent me an email saying that, after careful consideration, they had denied my request. I don’t believe it was due to me not being within the catchment area, but rather because they only had one other person on the excursion.

Hard on muscles but tour guides made it as fun as can be many beautiful islands to see and great employees

Great trip! We shared a jet ski between 2 and saw 7 islands. It was very relaxed with a small tour group. We visited monkey island and got up very close to the monkeys. The other islands were great. The staff were great and look lots of photos throughout. Lunch was a bit disappointing of rice and chicken wings so would recommend taking snack / buying food on the island. Otherwise was a great trip

I booked the "5 Islands Jet Ski" tour (Booking #BR-1373027203) through Viator, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.1. Misleading "Pay Later" Policy: The ad explicitly stated I could reserve now and pay later. However, as soon as I entered my card details to secure the booking, my card was charged in full. This caused significant stress as I was in the middle of a 33-hour travel day with limited internet access.2. Wrong Pickup Times: My Viator voucher and Apple Wallet confirmation both clearly stated an 8:00 AM start time. Despite this, the operator (OH-HOO) later claimed the pickup was at 7:30 AM and treated me as if I were late, even though I was following the official documentation provided by Viator.3. Unprofessional and Rude Staff: I tried to be proactive and emailed the operator the night before to add my girlfriend to the tour, offering to pay the difference. When the driver arrived and I spoke to the organizer (OH-HOO) on the phone, she was incredibly rude. She snapped that I should have "read my email" about the earlier pickup time and claimed she never received my request to add a person, despite me having proof of the sent email.Being met with such hostility and incompetence after a grueling journey from the US is unacceptable. Viator needs to vet their local operators better. Avoid OH-HOO travel at all costs!Date of experience: March 17, 2026

Rocky’s 8 Island Hop Jet Ski Tour was a great experience overall. We arrived at Rocky Jet Skis where Rocky gave a full safety briefing before we headed out on the water. Once the instructions were done, we jumped on the skis and took off. At the start I did get pulled up due to a small communication mix-up, but Rocky teams handled it quickly and professionally and we sorted it out straight away before continuing on to the first island. At the first stop you can grab a drink and have a short break before heading off again. The jet skis were Sea-Doo skis, and the one I rode topped out around 74 km/h, which was more than fast enough considering the choppy water conditions. Personally, I would have preferred a little more riding time and slightly less island time, but it was still a good way to break up the ride. The last island you can buy any sort of drink and also food, Unfortunately we had one person in our group who wouldn’t listen to instructions, which slowed things down a bit and took away from the experience slightly — but that’s not the fault of Rocky or his team. Overall, Rocky and his crew were fantastic — professional, friendly, and clearly experienced on the water. Despite the small hiccups, I’d definitely do it again with Rocky Jet Skis. Great day out if you enjoy riding and exploring the islands. 🌊🏝️

The tour was good, seen a monkeys , was lunch and instructions. Better to take at 7 am, cause sun is not hard

Absolutely unreal experience. Jet skiing around Phuket was the perfect mix of adrenaline, scenery, and pure fun. Once we got out into the open water, the waves turned choppy in the best possible way — every bounce felt like a mini launchpad. The freedom of carving through the ocean with nothing but blue water and islands around you is something else. Rocky and his guides were relaxed but professional, the route was stunning, and the whole vibe was just effortless fun. If you’re looking for an activity that delivers both thrill and views, this is the one. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Had the best half day out visiting the islands. The crew were excellent and very helpful. Had a rocky start with one jet ski but they sorted out the problem when I showed them. Totally recommend doing this tour with them 👍🏻
