Don't forget to bring your appetite to the Upper Station and dine among the clouds at the full-service Summit Café. Or swing by the Basecamp Café at the Lower Station before or after your adventure for fresh-baked treats, coffee and ice cream. - Perfect time to visit is in the morning or evening, which provides the best light for photography and there are typically fewer visitors during these hours
- Children under 6 years are complimentary however they will still require a ticket to board, and must be accompanied by a paid adult on the tram ride. Please pick up their complimentary tickets at the base ticket booth.
- Wheelchair accessible, except the second floor of the upper station and the 1.4 km Whistlers Summit Trail
- Due to uneven surfaces, Whistlers Summit Trail is not recommended for individuals with walking disabilities
- Operates in all weather conditions. Carry water, sunscreen and dress in layers to stay warm. The upper station can be 12° C cooler than Jasper townsite
- Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the SkyTram when a ticket is purchased on-site
- Reserve your flight times, up and down, after you complete your booking by following the contact instructions on your ticket. Guests with unreserved flight times will be allocated space in the next available tram cabin upon arrival at the stations

Booked direct with company. Includes hotel pick up. There’s a small shop and washrooms before going up in the Skytram which holds a lot of people. There’s a staff member operating the Skytram but sadly we couldn’t understand a lot of what he was saying as we went up to the top. Once up there the views were amazing, even though it was cloudy at first and even had a little snow. There is also a trail you can do to ten summit and lots of people were doing this. We had a hot drink whilst up there looking at the views which changed so quickly with the moving cloud. There was also another shop. Going back down we were able to understand all that the operator had to say about the Skytram and the views we saw. The free shuttle took us back into the town then to our hotel. Nice experience and even though slightly foggy at first it was worth doing.
I thought it was run very professionally, Olly (Aussie) was knowedgeable, gave great safety instructions before leaving, great photo opportunity
Offers excellent views. The cafe has good food and fast service. Nice addition to a trip to Jasper.
This was an amazing experience...the trip up in the tram was great eith the guides giving useful information about the mountains and the ecology...when we reached the summit the views were really something to behold... we didn't walk the trail due to a recent injury but it looked accessible enough... had a great cafe and gift shop too... brilliant time

It was a very good adventure, unfortunately very cloudy and we realize there’s nothing you can do about the weather! We enjoyed our day
The ride was interesting, but they cram up to 24 people into 2 trams that take you up and down the mountain. If it is windy, your tour time will be delayed. If you're like us, you might get stuck up the mountain over 2 hours. We could have hiked the hour down, but my 70-year old dad could not. They said only once in the last 10 years has any one been stuck overnight, but I didn't realize that was even a possibility until we were bored and started talking to staff. Everyone was lovely, and the information was interesting. Just be aware you should not book another reservation after this for the same day in case wind delays you.
Despite terrible weather, climbing Mt. Whistler in the Tram with a jolly group was a lot of fun. The bonus was good treats in the very attractive restaurant at the top.

Views were fantastic. Tram was too crowded. You couldn’t move or see out each side of the tram would have been nicer with fewer people

Very cool experience! Staff are super friendly and helpful. The ride up/down is about 7 or 8 minutes and the operator gives a good overview of the features. The views from the top are amazing. You can explore by hiking further up the mountain, but the views from the platform are just as good. It was a neat experience! Nice gift shop and there is a restaurant up there as well on the top floor.
