Enok the tour guide was really nice and friendly. Excellent, she knew all the history and explained it really well. We were a small group of 5 people. Went to a great cafe for lunch. The tour was great, she covered everything in the itenary. Great communication, kept us informed of pick up time via watsapp. I would highly recommend this tour. 5 + stars for Enok.
We learned so much on this tour. First and foremost is pride in becoming a nation in 1957 after 350 years of foreign rule. It’s everywhere; statues, monuments, even embedded in the design of the world’s third largest mosque. Jeffrey guided us with enthusiasm, knowledge and patience. A very enriching experience.
Enok was a great guide and took us to all of the main tourist attractions in Jakarta. There was only four of us in the group so we had plenty of time to spend at all of the attractions and did not feel rushed all day. We had a leisurely lunch and were back at our hotel by 5pm. A really enjoyable day.
You won’t be disappointed. I had a great driver and a tour guide named Jeffrey. I learned so much about Jakarta. All the stops were interesting. The provided water and took pictures for me. I felt very safe and would recommend this tour for anyone.
So glad I booked. Fantastic day and experience. I did not have any plans to do an official tour while in Jakarta but so glad I decided to book last minute. The tour included 3 other solo tourists like me in a comfortable van which included pick up and drop off at our hotels which was a big plus in Jakarta. The day went so fast and I experienced and saw more sites than I would have experienced myself without the logistics stress while having the opportunity to meet other solo travelers with a fantastic tour guide Nabila. I would highly recommend.
Excellent service. Very profesional guide open and flexible for requests. Transfer and the van super convenient. Highly recommended.
Our tour around Jakarta was an absolutely wonderful experience, made truly special by our exceptional tour guide. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Our guide Enuk was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. They shared fascinating stories about Jakarta’s history, culture, and daily life, making every stop meaningful and easy to understand. We never felt rushed, and they were always patient, attentive, and thoughtful, ensuring we were comfortable at all times. What stood out the most was how the guide went above and beyond—adjusting the tour to our interests, answering every question with enthusiasm, and making us feel genuinely welcome. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with a trusted friend. Thanks to Enuk our guide, we were able to truly appreciate Jakarta’s landmarks, vibrant streets, and rich culture. This was not just a city tour—it was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this Jakarta tour, especially because of the outstanding guide. If you want to truly enjoy and understand Jakarta, this is the tour to take!
As the old harbor is under water, it’s not possible to exit the car. So you really don’t see a lot. And the time in the restaurant I would not add to the excursion. So in reality the tour ends after the puppet museum. And as we could not enter the christian church, we have seen 4 highlights: The monument, the mosque, the temple in china town and the puppet museum. - And for all together the price was close to 100 Euro. As I have been more than a month in Jakarta I know, for the locals that is really a lot of money. I propose to add another museum in the tour. Thanks to our tour guide, she has been nice.
My guide gave a fantastic tour of the city with wonderful insights about the history and present day of Jakarta. The took our group to various local businesses made famous by YouTube and travel websites.
The guide Ms Enok and the driver Hendra made the trip fantastic and safe despite the rains. Superb duo!
