We organize free pickup & return from any hotel / Air B&B / hostels / pousada / rental appartment in Salvador city center including the next neigborhoods : Barra, Pelourinho, Graça, Santo Antonio, Nazaré, Ondina, Rio Vermelho and Pituba. For other neigborhoods in Salvador there is a pickup/return fee of 20R$ per person (payable in cash at the beginning of the tour). We went to spend 4 days with family in Salvador de Bahia. Thanks to Creusa Maria Carqueija (@guiacreusacarqueija), the stay was amazing. Visit lower town, upper town, Cachoeira (lunch on the farm, local market, cigar factory...) Creusa Maria has no equal to tell you about HER city, her country, give you the best addresses, wise advice, make you meet such endearing people. And his knowledge is incredible, as is his way of sharing it. This woman who has had a thousand lives has captured us, bonded us. Not about to forget that great lady.
Ivan expertly guided my wife and I throughout a full-day tour of Salvador's panoramic city and coastal highlights in complete comfort and safety. We particularly enjoyed visiting his inside tour of numerous less-traveled sites, including the colorful neighborhood of Santo Antonio, Centro Historico, Feira de São Joaquim, and the Old Fish Market in Rio Vermelho. Our wonderful day culminated with him recommending, helping us buy tickets, then dropping us off, at the Balé Folclórico da Bahia, which was a sensational show! With his help, we separately arranged to be picked up later after the show. We highly recommend Ivan!
