Guided wine tasting in an authentic Istrian family Winery with a longstanding winemaking tradition. A plate of locally sourced cheese, dry cuts and prosciutto are included as a part of the wine tasting.
Take some free time to enjoy the hilltop fairy-tale town of Grožnjan to work up an appetite before the next stop in our tour.
Lunch in an authentic family restaurant comprising of different types of homemade pasta and meat dishes with meat sourced from surrounding farms (two glasses of wine included).

Toni curated an outstanding itinerary and was a wonderful guide. We loved this beautiful region and enjoyed sights we would have found difficult to reach on our own. It was a fantastic day. We just wanted to make a nice trip to a winery and taste some wines and possibly also buy them. We got a wonderful and varied day with our nice guide Toni. Two short stops were planned on the way to the winery. At the family distillery Aura and the truffle shop Zigante. These two destinations alone were worth the trip. Who doesn't know the delicious Teranino liqueur. If someone says no, then definitely taste it. Afterwards we visited the Rossi winery. Started with an aperitif, then came the salami/ham/cheese platter and afterwards various wines. We sat very nicely in the shade under a tree and could look into the great landscape. After a short guided tour of the winery and a visit to the wine shop, we drove on to the picturesque artist village Grožnjan. Here we had an hour to look at the place and the small shops. From there we continued for lunch in a nice Istrian restaurant. We got a lot more than we expected that day. Finally, there was a gift from Toni. It won't reveal what it was. Let yourself be surprised.
