Istanbul Quad Bike Safari with Optional Zipline Experience

The whole experience was terrible, advertised as a 1-3hr experience. The experience lasted no more than 30 minutes which also took in a 10 minute smoke break for the guide/person. The so called guide stood on the side of his quad smoking the whole time which he could because we were travelling at approx.10kph, this is a guess as the quad bikes speedometer did not work nor were any of the quadbikes safe to ride. With no adequate brakes (mine had no rear brake) no safety ppe distributed (helmet/gloves) and the zipline was not offered at the end and the whole thing, was the worst experience I have ever paid for. 95% refund has been requested, due to not finding a suitable choice on the full refund section. I would have the whole quadbike experience deleted from there event list. At one point one of the group got stuck in mud at the side of the road to the absolute dismay of the smoking person/guide. He didn't want anyone going into the dirt on the quadbike. 0 out of 10 for the whole thing.

Great fun, guides were great, nice trail.. loads of fun… scenic, on trail off trail, guides were careful and attentive. Easy to get there and back, very pleasant day overall, would recommend.

Bad experience. We drove at 12 km/h in a quad for 40 minutes with a faulty quad that no longer accelerated as soon as we climbed a hill. Very bad organization: we waited 30 minutes to do a 20 second zip line because there was no necessary equipment and no one to welcome us. In short 2 hours round trip transportation to be disappointed and for an extremely expensive Award compared to the service. I advise against it.

Driver company sent did not pick us up on time. He had to pick up other passengers which they were supposed to be picked up at 11am. We were in a car for 3 hrs driving around lost. We get to the location the tour guide says we have to wait one hour for atv which turned into 3. No one spoke English and they continued to put others ahead of us. We were paired with two other black travelers that they treated rudely but let the Arabic and Turkish travelers ahead of us and told us to sit down. The tour is shown as 1 hour yet is only 30 mins. They charge $110 a person yet when you arrive all activities they have are only $120 so we paid $10 less to do one activity when the whole package includes 5 activities. This is not worth it

Ery poor service. The atvs very old and in bad condition. Atvs do not have breaks and everything is falling g apart .atv broke down middle of the short trip and died .had to walk .trip is very short even shorter than advertised. The zip line is a pure joke .you pay that much extra and it's a very abort travel .about 15 seconds .it's disgusting .stay away

Quad bike Safari:- we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the tour experience. The whole process went smoothly. After a thrilling and exciting time quad biking we were transported back to our hotel. A wonderful day!! Our tour operator (Mete) ensured everything ran smoothly. Thankyou.

My husband and I really enjoyed this trip! The driver was on time, got us to the destination quickly, we were provided cover ups for our clothes and shoes. The guide showed us how to use the quads and we were off! It was incredibly fun 🤩 and the scenery was beautiful. The zip line was pretty short but still fun! Mete was perfect in transparency, letting us know when the driver would arrive, ensuring we got in the car okay and checked in with us after the trip as well. Overall, would recommend

A fun trip around the forrest. If you like speed and a bit of adventure it's worth a go if you've never tried it before.....

I really like personal driver option, it wss a cool way to expierwnce the city by car. The ride was fun, there was rain the night before so it was more fun with the puddles in some spots and the guide can take really good photos and videos. But because of that we get a bit dirty but its okey, its only clothes. And zip line was okey but nothing special. But I really recomend if u want to realax and are beginer driver. And the trip was only for us two so it felt like individual trip.

The quad bike adventure is something different to do whilst in Istanbul aside from shopping and sightseeing etc. The bike path took a good 40-45mins which was worth the amount paid. We came to a stop half way where the guide took photos for everyone in the group and trailing behind the pack was another guide for anyone that stopped along the way for help. Easy to understand the use of handles; right bar was the accelerator and left bar was the brake. The quad bike went at your speed of pressure and easy to manoeuvre. I was a solo traveller that was put in with an European tour group. The pick up location is not from your hotel (which is stated in the fine print) unless listed so I took a taxi to it and got on the bus along with the others. The driver waited until we were all finished and drove us back to the pick up point. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend. Mete was in charge of the transport and was in constant communication with me on the day of, before and after making sure I was ok and asked if I had any questions.
