Everything is an upsell and nothing is worthwhile. Approximately 100 euros for two of us which included a rubber wristband which does nothing but you get 10 euros deposit back. They require a swim cap but they don’t mention it when you pay. We had the worst lunch at the park first, which was approximately 50 euros. The minute we attempted to go into one of the pools, the rude lifeguards treated us like we committed a crime for not having a swim cap and then proceeded to tell us where we can go to buy one. We immediately decided at that point we wanted to leave and I attempted to get our money back. They said no refunds. Also, the pools feel like you visited a senior community.

Physical plant was absolutely gorgeous. Staff was extremely helpful and facility was very clean. Food was excellent. So many options during our day trip looking forward to returning.
I was a bit worried at first because I did not have confirmation of my reservation and the organization, but at the last moment, thanks to your chat contact service, I received my answer one hour before the pickup. So I was very happy afterward.
