The tour starts at 07:30 - 08:00 a.m. from your accommodation in Belgrade.
After 2 hours' drive you will reach Golubac Fortress built in 14th century and located at the entrance of the Iron Gate National Park where the Danube is the widest and nature is the greenest. *Green zone ticket included
Continue with a short drive to Lepenski Vir, archeological site located nearby.This amazing site is one of the oldest urban settlements in Europe, populated 8000 years ago.
45 minutes drive to Tekija, from where speedboat adventure will start. While cruising along the most beautiful part of the Danube River, you will see the remains dating back to Romans, such as Trajan's Plaque (Tabula Traiana). Besides this during your speedboat tour you will see: Mrakonija Monastery, Balloon Stations, Stone Statue of Decebalus Rex - which represents the tallest rock sculpture in Europe.
When your boat adventure is finished, on our way to Belgrade, we will make two short stops at viewpoints located along the scenic road to take some memorable pictures of the Gorge from the up.
Return to Belgrade in early evening hours. Drop off to your accommodation. *Please bring your own lunch, as there won't be a lunch break in the local restaurant.

Pickup Locations & Times
Pick up is organized from 7:30 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. Pick up is offered from centrally located Belgrade hotels, apartments, hostels, etc. ( up to 5 km from Republic Square). The guide will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. If your accommodation is located in main pedestrian zone you may be asked to meet the guide at the pick up location located a maximum of 5 minutes walk from your accommodation. Pick up details you will receive the day before departure via email or Whats App not before 5 p.m.

- Please provide the name and address of your accommodation in Belgrade and your contact telephone number, so that the local partner can send you all the necessary information for the upcoming trip (name and contact of your tourist guide, exact pick up time from your address in Belgrade, etc. ).
- The boat tour depends on weather conditions (wind). In case of inclement weather conditions for the boat tour, this activity will be substituted with Kovilovo Viewpoint.
- Shared Group Tour requires a minimum of 5 people to run. If the minimum number of passengers isn't met, you will be offered a choice between choosing another date/tour, cancelling the tour for a full refund or paying a surcharge for a private tour
- Golubac Fortress - Ticket include only access to Green Zone of the fortress
- Private Tour (additional info): During the peak tourist season there is a possibility that you won't be the only passengers on speedboat tour
- Transportation by air-conditioned car (1-3 pax) or minivan (4-7 pax)
- *Please bring your own lunch, as there won't be a lunch break in the local restaurant.

Our third tour with Serbia Inspired Tours and once again excellent. Organisation and communication were without fault. We were collected on time as arranged at our address and were driven down for our day trip in an air conditioned mini bus with a plentiful supply of drinking water. Once again a great driver. There were 7 of us on the tour. All admission fees included. The castle was very impressive and Lepenski Vir is a must visit. The speedboat ride was great fun and we some very interesting sights. Jelena has an encyclopaedic knowledge of her subject and was able to answer the huge range of questions asked. She also has an excellent sense of humour and makes the day fun. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I really wanted to visit the Lepenski Vir archaeological site. It wouldn't have been possible without this excellent tour! And the fortress and Danube Gate were beautiful. Amazing experience!

One of the most beautiful trips. The Danube part next to Romania looks like fjords in Norway. Was a very nice relaxing day. Stress free with the very nice very good and very friendly Nina and the very nice and friendly Milan the driver. The excursion was very well organised. The guide and the driver picked me up on time and we were a small group of travellers. Our guide Nina and our driver Milan were from another planet....
