Anne was a fantastic host and the recipes were delicious. Would highly recommend anyone interested in Irish cooking or food in general take this. I can't wait to make these at home
We had such a great time in this cooking class! The food was delicious and plentiful, and Ann kept the wine flowing. We had a great group and had a fun time getting to know each other while learning to make the yummy Irish staples. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys Irish food and drinks.
As part of our 25th anniversary tour, we decided to spend a week in Ireland. Last night, we participated in a cooking class and dinner in the home of Ann, a former tour guide turned Irish experience host and chef. Our dinner was a group of 9 - eight ladies, plus my husband. We were a random group of Americans with Midwestern ties enjoying a lovely evening learning to cook a traditional Irish meal in the loveliest environment. We made: soda bread, potato and leek soup, colcannon, Irish stew, and Irish coffee. More than anything, the group had fun, worked well together, and found common ground throughout the evening. Ann was an amazing hostess who welcomed us, early, with open arms, shared her recipes, gave us the best advice on things to do, and truly cared about every aspect of our dinner experience. Our dinner was amazing and the company was exceptional. Thank you, Ann! If you happen to have a night on Dublin, I highly recommend Irish Craic and Cuisine.
Anne was so nice! We were a little late because Viator sent us the wrong address! She was very accommodating and helpful!
It is not easy to find and I had difficulty getting a cab to take me back to my hotel. She was extremely nice and had a lovely kitchen. The food made was very rich so be prepared! And a lot of the experience depends on the nature of the group. Going solo makes that more of a risk so bring your friends if you go!
A wonderful hostess very welcoming and warm environment. Loved meeting other travelers and locals. Delicious food and drinks.
This is the PERFECT start to ANY vacation!! Taxi ride was about 25 Eur from Our hotel downtown Dublin. Easy to Book and great communication. In our group we were all woman traveling solo but one. Very safe to walk to and from.
Ann was fabulous! The class was relaxed and fun. Getting to know a native was priceless. Go early in your stay/trip in Dublin, she can give you great tips. The food was to die for. We took a bus from centre of Dublin short walk to her home.
Very nice experience! Ann is great, the other people were very friendly too. We ate well, laughed well and learned a lot about Irish culture and history
It was a great experience. Anne is a lovely person and a wonderful host. The food was delicious. The evening was more like a dinner party with friends that it was a class - though we did learn a lot. It's also an easy bus ride from the city center.
