Steve was an excellent tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and had great stories to tell. We had an amazing time!
Ben was an excellent guide. We hit all of the great spots. He was very informative.
Very knowledgeable guide who was a great host, engaging everyone in the group and making sure we could all keep up. Would recommend 100%.
A flat-walking 90 minute tour of Inverness. Covers history, culture, and key sights/buildings. Steven did excellent job.
Our knowledgeable guide shared great stories about the buildings and statues around Inverness. She was aware of good stopping points and the stories were pertinent and entertaining.
We did this tour on our first day in Inverness, which was a great way to explore the city and learn some history. Our local guide was wonderful, he gave us history as we walked and gave us local recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
Fun, surprising and interesting walk. Our guide Christine had many fun facts and facts not only about Inverness but about the history of the country in general. A beautiful experience, highly recommended.
Steve was a delight. Thank you. I've been on many, many similar tours around Europe and I feel he got the balance just right, between general history, geography. 'Real' and anecdotal content. Just the right length for a general introduction to the town (city). Many thanks indeed
My family of 4 joined two other couples and Doug...our walking, talking, local guide. Doug imparted his archeology education into the stories and history of the Inverness city center area we strolled through. He was quite well spoken and kept things interesting. If you find yourself visiting Inverness, I recommend filling a couple of hours on this walking tour.
This is a tour worth taking. It is a great way to learn about the city and also to learn about the history of the area.
