Through trails covered with native vegetation, the roots of the Kogui, Wiwa, Arhuacos and Kankuamos peoples that have preserved their connection to nature are explored. The route includes a visit to a coffee and cocoa farm run by an Arhuaca family, where you will learn about its relationship with the land and the cultivation processes. At the end, a refreshing waterfall awaits you to enjoy a well-deserved rest, symbolizing the union between the natural environment and the cultural identity of the region.

We begin with the meeting in the central park of Minca, where the guide introduces the history of the territory, its sacred geography and the ancestral presence of the Arahuacos peoples. From there we begin a quiet walk to the Heard of the World waterfall, a place of natural connection where the spiritual value of water in the Sierra Nevada is explained. We continue to a farm of indigenous Arahuaca community, where the hosts share their relationship with the territory and its traditions. We participate in a cocoa and coffee workshop to understand their artisanal processes and their cultural importance. Then we explore backpack weaving techniques and other everyday knowledge handed down from generations. We finish with a tasting of coffee and cocoa prepared on site, celebrating the memory, flavors and indigenous knowledge that still lives in Minca

A rich encounter with Daniel first of all who accompanied us throughout this hike as well as with Margarita,don Luis and Carlos around their self-sufficient farm of coffee and cocoa , with a swim in a prepaid waterfall by the tour ... we had nothing more to pay except to bring back coffee or cocoa
