Please contact your driver or staff at the cruise terminal entrance (via WhatsApp or the contact method you provided in advance). ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel/airbnb 10 minute earlier than meeting time 2. from Seoul to Incheon Cruise Terminal, it takes 2 hour.(Rush hour : 2.5hour)

Driver was there on time, but didn't speak English so I couldn't figure out where he was. I needed to get port staff to speak to him to co.e get us.

The company was really responsive and took the stress out of getting from Seoul to Incheon for a cruise. The day before the pick up they created a WhatsApp group chat with the operator and driver so we could all connect. The driver was on time, checking in with us as he was getting closer and drove us safely to Incheon. Would recommend as an easy way to get between cities.
