Our day will begin with a moderate to medium level hike, discussing local flora/fauna native to Puerto Rico, as well as key roles these played in our indigenous roots on the island. Upon arrival, we will set any belongings we have brought with us to the side and continue up another 10 min (.25 miles) to the natural water slide where we will be swimming. It was a great outdoor experience. If you’re not an athletic person it definitely can push you but overall that is a part of the adventure. I’d def recommend to others.
We were looking for a tour to El Yunque that allowed us to drive ourselves as the meeting points on other tours were further away from our hotel than we would like or in the opposite direction. With the ability to drive ourselves, this saved us 30 minutes of added travel. The tour with Tristin was great. Having a small group of 8 people allowed us to get organized, hike, take pictures, and learn about the history. The experiences had were something we haven’t done before except a rope swing. We enjoyed the rock scramble, 2 natural water slides, an alligator crawl which was not expected, a 20’ cliff jump, and the rope swing. We appreciate the pictures and videos Tristin took as we would not have been able to take them ourselves. They provide great memories. Comfort limits were pushed and we are glad we decided to take this tour over other options. If you want a more personal experience, this is the tour to select.
Beautiful and super fun. Bring grippy shoes, and if you want to do the waterfall slides and jumps, it would help to be moderately fit.
Great experience! Francis was an amazing tour guide, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and easy. The rainforest was beautiful and everything was well organized. Highly recommend! 🌿🌧️
Sebás and John were great! They were full of knowledge and super helpful navigating the hike through the rainforest! Also just cool guys who kept the vibe fun
Our tour guide Francis was the best, teaching us about indigenous flora and fauna of Puerto Rico, showing us secret spots and an amazing time. 10/10 recommend and if you’re tour guide is Francis you’re gonna have a blast
My friends and I had an amazing time on the rainforest hike this past Sunday! Sebas was an outstanding guide, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easygoing. He led the hike in a way that made it both exciting and relaxed, creating a fun atmosphere for everyone. The experience was thrilling and adventurous, with beautiful scenery and memorable moments throughout, but we always felt completely safe and well taken care of. A special thank you as well to Jon for helping make the day so enjoyable. My friends and I had a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hike to anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable rainforest adventure!
An absolute must do experience in PR. Our guide Bradley was awesome. Very nice and very knowledgeable. Wear good water shoes with good soles, the rocks are very slippery!
Rene was amazing! This experience was great. My whole family had a fantastic time and would do again!
We had a fantastic adventure with our guide Tristan who went above & beyond to help our group to have the best experience. We were worried about the overcrowding at the waterfront but Tristan took us to more private spots to go swimming and went back down sliding on the rocks. My husband who is afraid of heights jumped off the cliff and did the rope jump. It’s definitely a must experience especially since they include the transportation from your hotel. I would not recommend driving there if you’re not used to driving on a narrow, winding road.
