Immersive cellar tour, tasting and board meal

Description
I welcome you to the cellar, where we will start tasting our wines. We will enjoy an explanatory video on the development of Alsace wines. I will then take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the hundred-year-old oak barrels that we still use to vinify our wines. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels - unique in France. This film is not a remake of what can be found to date where we tell the work of the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal story, and about my work philosophy. All this is projected in the winery, on 180°old oak barrels. We will finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a mixed plate to share (cheeses, fish and cold cuts). Possibility to take a vegetarian version (let us know in advance).

It was an incredibly fun and interactive experience. The activity is accessible and therefore very accessible, even if you do not have much knowledge of wine. We were ourselves with a group of six people, which was a perfect group size. The activity was well interspersed with informative footage and a tour by an employee in English. This made it very varied! To finish we were offered a delicious French meal. There were several typical French delicacies on the table. For me, the ideal way to try something new — although of course you have to be open to it. Kudos to the super friendly and welcoming staff. They spoke several languages (French, English and German) and the occasional joke could not be missed, giving the experience a nice personal touch. Finally, of course, we took home some wines. Thanks for the nice afternoon!
Thanks for the comment and see you !!!
The basement multimedia basement tour was professional and entertaining. The food afterwards was excellent! The total of 7 wines (4 at dinner) were a discovery ; “Klevener vom Heiligenstein” ? An outstanding value for money for guests
Mreci à vous et au plaisir de vous revoir en Alsace !!!
