It was a great ride we really enjoyed ourselves
It was a lot of fun and super romantic.
This experience was horrible when we got there. The lake was so small also that there were no workers there. We waited for half an hour waiting to see if anyone would show up and no one showed up. They didn’t send us any email notifying us that our experience would be canceled and we wasted our time.
It was awesome. We just went leisurely. $16 a person. Beautiful scenery. But many others out. Staff were professional and courteous
This was a cute little family outing. The check in process was seamless and quick. The ride was about an hour. Give yourself time to park because it can get packed.
Not good they canceled my trip and unfortunately I’m not from the city so I requested refund to original payment and they haven’t responded.
Employees were nice and professional. Tickets were easy to purchase. The boats were Very clean, and romantic way to have a date.
Easy to get to and easy to purchase the tickets and employees are nice and professional. It was fun and romantic my girlfriend would recommend it to our friends and will definitely be going again
My family and i had a great time. We did end up having to pay for 1 unused adult ticket because when we first order our tickets we were only charged for two adults when we were trying to purchase 2 kids tickets as well. We ended up having to purchase an additional adult ticket in order to purchase the additional kids tickets.
It's an ok experience, rainbow lake is not a lake but an over sized swimming pool. The paddling isn't for the physically unfit. We went around the entire area in 14 minutes, fyi. Definitely needs more lighting. It's a cute novelty.
