Douglas is a very helpful and knowledgable tour guide with perfect English. I needed to tailor the tour to suit my needs of being picked up in Argentina, doing the Brazil falls tour and being dropped off in Foz and he was very flexible in arranging that, and communication was always very quick. Would def recommend if you need a tour in the falls area!
The experience of the falls from the Brazilian side was breathtaking. Our guide, Douglas, was fantastic - knowledgeable and flexible, and his English language skills are excellent. We missed our flight to Iguazo and had to find another flight from Sao Paolo. We were in constant contact with Douglas through What's App, and he always responded immediately. When we finally arrived in Iguazu he was waiting for us at the airport. We still had time for our tour of the spectacular falls, and then Douglas drove us to our hotel over the border in Argentina. Had we known that Douglas also gives private tours on the Argentina side, we would have booked him. Seeing the falls from Brazil and Argentina is a must, and we recommend you work with Douglas. He will customize a tour to fit your needs, and it will be hassle-free and reasonably priced.
The DGTOUR team thanks you for your preference, we are happy that you are happy, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and come back often
