- Package prices are based on double or triple rooms. Room allocation depends on your group size: 2 guests = double room, 3 guests = triple room. A single room supplement may apply if a single room is requested by groups of 2 or more.

- The Hot Air Balloon Ride will be operated in the Standard Category. This category offers an approximate flight duration of one hour, using baskets with a capacity of 20 to 28 passengers. The actual flight time may vary between 50–55 minutes or 65–70 minutes, depending on weather conditions prior to landing. Flight duration decisions are made by the pilot in accordance with the safety regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority. The total duration of the activity is approximately 3 hours.
- If you do not use any service or choose not to participate in activities, tours, or airport transfers, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
- The children aged 6 and under are not allowed to participate in the hot air balloon ride due to Civil Aviation regulations.

Greatly organized tour. Escorts (Arianna and Edoardo) very prepared and always available, guide (Lucia) competent and never trivial in descriptions and last but not least (I do not know the name) the driver who - always on time at the meeting points - juggled with skill in the chaotic traffic of Istanbul. As for the trip, the hot air balloon ride is unforgettable. Equally noteworthy are the underground cistern, the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Interesting boat ride. Hotels not always at the level of the four stars, with excellent breakfasts and a wide choice, but fairly repetitive dinners.
Average trips, additional stops at outlets added to make the tour look like a long duration one.... overhyped
The tour is delivered as promised. First day had more attractions but fewer details from the guide, the second day included traveling long distance to various sites with great explanation from the guide. We were unfortunate the first day as our group mixed English and Turkish speaking tourists, so the guide had to explain in two languages. The sites we visited on both days were worth to see. We enjoyed it
