This tour was very average and below average in some aspects. Our tour guide was very kind but did not seem to want to be there. The cruise was the only part that was worth it and it ended with him bringing us to a large store where they’re trying to sell us on everything. They wouldn’t let us leave the store until we went into every room and tasted many products. If you are deciding to do this, look more into the Pierre Loti, it was very underwhelming compared to expectations but had a very beautiful lookout spot at the top. We would rather do this than do nothing!
very nice trip we did so many fool things and learnt so many cool facts about istanbul. highly recommend.
Great Experience, prompt pickup, professional, friendly, had some really good knowledge. We would definitely book again if we returned.
The guide was punctual and spoke good clear english. The tour was accurate to description and covered everything stated. The half day tour was well organised, the highlight was Bosphorus cruise. I would recommend.

we had a pleasant day in your company. We discovered Istanbul; it was wonderful. We will keep a very good memory and hope to come back as soon as possible. We will recommend you, and we will return with your agency. Thank you very much, and have a good evening.
EE Entourage too much the tour
We had a very good experience.
First, we pay for the pick-up service that was done walking from the hotel to the bus. Very little time to see the sites. 18 minutes in Balat and no visit to Fener. We start at 13:00h and at 16:30h the guide drops us off at a Turkish specialty store to try [and buy] teas and sweets, 15 minutes, something that is not in the program, even though he shows me another program on his mobile and says that yes he is and that is that of his agency. I complain about the stop and not having seen Fener and barely having seen Balat [18-minute free stop], even though in the Viator program I put "visit" of the two neighborhoods. He tells me that there is no visitor there and that, instead, if there is a stop at the store. He urges me to make a complaint to Viator.
I really enjoyed every moment. Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism. Very friendly guide pleasant to hear and who explains well.
