The most complete balloon tour: Fly in a balloon, eat breakfast in a historic restaurant and explore the archaeological area on your own. This tour ends 12:00 pm in Mexico City. Fly in style in our shared hot air balloon with a duration of approximately 45 minutes, over Teotihuacan. Round transport from CDMX Breakfast is in the Restaurant La Gruta (the original ) do not include food. Time for exploration in the archaeological area of Teotihuacan (entrance fee is not included, easily purchased at the entrance) Our staff will take care of all the reservations to make your day relax. Regina was a great tour guide and was on time to pick us up, her driving was safe and smooth. The only complaint I’d make is with the agency itself as they had sent us a confirmation for the pickup location the day before but didn’t respond until the morning of so we were worried that we were scammed. However, everything went smoothly and we did everything on the itinerary.

Amazing Trip! Jesus Hernández nuestro guía was spectacular! His car was impeccable, his driving wonderful and his knowledge of the City was so interesting on the ride to the hot air balloon. Our ballon pilot was fabulous and it was such a memorable experience. Complete with a toast at the end! La Gruta was phenomenal and then we stopped at a local artisan market. 10/10 and well worth the money. Jesus had us one step a head of the crowds all day and it felt like a private tour!

Regina was super pleasant throughout the 6-7hrs we spent together and with all the questions that we had. The tour did not have any tourist traps and you can feel that she was generally concerned about the overall experience for us, giving advice about what packages are worthwhile and which one weren’t of the ones that were offered to us. Would definitely ask for her again on our next trip

We had a fantastic experience. Pick up from our airbnb was confirmed the night before by WhatsApp and they arrived on time…4:45! We were at the globopuerto for around 15-20mins for a quick coffee and pastry before takeoff. The flight itself was amazing- the light is perfect at that time. It didn’t feel rushed at all and our pilot gave us plenty of time for views over the pyramids. Sparkling rosé on landing was a surprise and a lovely touch! Overall an extremely professional and safe outfit - would highly recommend.
The balloon ride itself was spectacular and fun. We were picked up an hour later than promised, which meant we woke up at 5 am for no reason, and we also missed the sunrise ride we were supposed to have. Our archeological guide was kind and full of energy, but her English wasn't very good, which made it hard to understand what she was trying to tell us.

Everything went exactly as planned. Our driver was early, car was nice. We had a great time on the balloon, breakfast was excellent, and the tour of the pyramids was top notch. Would highly recommend!
We were picked up on time, travelled in comfort with our very informative guide, Xavier, who shared with us lots of his knowledge about Mexican culture and history. The hot air balloon experience was out of this world! A once in a lifetime experience. After a glass of bubbles to celebrate a safe landing, we had a very tasty breakfast and tasted some local alcohols and learned about local culture. We then visited the pyramids. I would highly recommend this experience, and hopefully you will be as lucky as us to have Xavier as a guide!
