- The operator will only wait until 7:30am (sunrise) and 18.00pm ( sunset ) , for the hot air balloon ride. Failure to arrive within the operating hours will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
- breakfast or Afternoon Tea or Dinner can be enjoyed before or after the hot air balloon flight
- Hot Air Balloon will only operate when there are at least 2 rides in each flight session
- Should the hot air balloon is not able to fly, passengers will be given two alternative compensations to choose from: 60 minutes Balinese massage for two OR Reschedule the flight from morning session to afternoon session.
- This activity is subject to weather and wind permit, there will be a possibility of cancel for safety reason. If the ride is cancel due to weather
- Hot air Balloon Riding are inclusive of insurance, which covers the following events:Total & Permanent disability or death caused by the activity covered at IDR 500,000,000 ● Medical expenses due to injuries caused by the activity, is covered at maximum value of IDR 50,000,000
- Menu Breafast, afternoon tea and dinner content is subject to change without prior notice and excluding beverages

Ok I reviewed the hospitality here while we were staying overnight in our Caravsn down the road and I rated it 5 stars now we stayed at pub for a pizza. I’m celiac the lovely lady behind bar double checked the ingredients and I have had the best pizza since being diagnosed which’s 3 years. My husband shared it and said he’s never tasted anything so delicious. Never doubt stopping in here I rate it 5 stars if more would.
Riding a Hot Air Balloon was thrilling yet exciting! This was worth it as it is a once in a lifetime experience. It was a little scary at first, but once I reached to the top; the view was breathtaking. However, the Hot Air Balloon can only be experienced in pleasent weathers (not windy/raining). The driver was also very kind and welcoming. Not only that, the afternoon tea was delicious as well. What a lovely way to spend time at Ubud!

The view was beautiful and a experience that the family will never forget. The best part of the ride is the ascending and descending of the balloon. When you are up there the view is breath taking. Must do the balloon ride. It is available at Sunrise and sunset.

Unfortunate but try anything else ! The absolute worst experience. It would have been perfect if you actually do the hot air balloon but 9/10 the weather won’t permit and you will not get a refund . I had to pay for two people and when you cannot do the tour they try to throw in these other tours that are way less money to actually do yourself. I ended up doing paying the driver myself to take me to Cretya and they’re trying to give me a partial refund for a $20 breakfast . Scam!
Dear Shirley_T, We are very appreciate for your Review on this Trip. as our term of Booking for this activity is should the hot air balloon is not able to fly , passanger will be give two alternative as you have read in our website, you choose to keep Reschedulle the flight from morning to afternoon session ( try two times Fly Morning and afternoon ) , and our driver stand by from sunrise to sunset for you the whole day , but at the end still not able to fly , its was just because of weather, and this activity depend on weather too . we assume that you already read the term of condition before Purchase. we do all the service as well , only skip this hot air balloon of weather condition and you took the alternative option as well to change to noon schedulle , But you still complain in here , even we already wrote clearly the term condition on this activity .
