Interesting but longer than planned due to blocked roads etc. It was very obvious which side the guide was on in disputes but interesting to hear how all the troubles started. Venues visited varied and a good taster for first time visitors G

hong kong for single travelers

The tour was overall a great experience the tourguide was very entertaining and informative however the bus was in terrible condition {no seatbelts} on a bumby ride caused me a few blue spots and scratches that could have been prevented. The tour to the everdeen fishermarket was not as good as i hoped not much information just a boot cruise {where you have to pay extra}, where you are only able to see the boots of the fishers no communication its seemed like we where invading their privacy. Also the unnecessary stop in the jewelry store was frustrating. For a first timer ok. Not more not less.

Interesting tour, lovely guide

We had a good time and saw interesting vintage points. Please note that one of the nice thing to do, the boat tour, is additional, but worth it as not too expensive.

Very informative!

This was a good value for the sites it was able to introduce us to. The Peak with Sky Terrace 428 was included. We did enjoy the tour of the Jewelry Factory. The Stanley Market was an adventure, but great deals were there to be had. Aberdeen Fishing Village was less impressive than I anticipated. However, all and all, the tour was worth the costs and I can recommend.

A good overview of the city. One of the features of this tour was a visit to the peak by tram - but the city was shrouded in fog - hope you have better luck. The fishing village was a short boat trip through the Bay to see the moored fishing fleet, most of which was derelict. Interesting, but not uplifting. We also went to the Stanley Market - very large, but highly repetitive, although it is a good place to stop for lunch. This tour gets you around much of the city, from the crowded center to the suburbs, so does give you a sense of the city. Well worth the half day.

This tour is a good way to see Hong Kong Island. The best part is the Peak Tram, I'm not sure if it was just timing since we started early that we did not have to wait at all in line and they were very few people there at that time. It was disappointing that we had to pay 60HKD to go on the sampan that information was not on the description. The Jewelry factory was OK and the last stop at Stanley Market was too short. But all in all an OK way to spend half a day.
