Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on Hall “A” at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point. Additional Note: It is best to look for your airport representative at the Hall “A”

Very very late.said he was downstairs and wasn’t to the airport yet. I was in a wheelchair! 40 minutes later after 5 calls to him

Prompt and courteous service. Our driver provided clear and timely communication from booking to pickup. We had no issues and felt welcomed upon our arrival to Hong Kong. After a long journey, it felt great to be cared for during the last leg to our hotel.
