Did you know that honeybees are responsible for pollinating 2/3 of the food we eat? At our Honeybee Adventure, you will learn about the honeybees vital role on our planet and more! You will be guided by our female beekeeper and honey enthusiast as she tells you all about this fascinating insect and the honey they produce. The sanctuary is situated on a special piece of land in upcountry Maui with an amazing panoramic ocean view. After you learn all about bees, you will put on protective bee suits so that you can view the hives up close while you explore inside a beehive. This is a fascinating and fun adventure for the whole family!

Even if you’re afraid of bees, please go and try this excursion ! Not only is the location beautiful but Erica was very informative on the process of honey making and history of bees, she has a little shop where she creates natural oils, candles, body rubs, honey etc and it was a amazing experience ! She also made sure we were comfortable with handling the bees, so much fun !
This is the bee farm tour with the best price ($79) in all Hawaii Islands. Very unique experience. The guide provided a very vivid introduction of bees from birth to death and their social structure. They products are also very unique with crazy flavors (Lotus, mushrooms, etc) Not even mention the view of the farm is spectacular! It’s on a hill with open view of another island 🤩🤩 Totally a must to do! BTW, they only provide the tour once a week on Saturday though☺️
The guide was extremely knowledgeable about bees, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was so much fun putting on the bee gear and holding onto the bee trays! The guide also took a whole bunch of pictures of us that were really cool too! We bought some cool jewelry and a muscle salve the bee shop. The shop had tons of things from jewelry to candles too, honey.

I learned a lot what a great experience I wish this company the best in their future endeavors We hope to return with more students. This is something that all classes should learn.
It was an OK experience but definitely not worth the $79 per person cost. When we pulled in the girl at the front stand couldn't even tell us if we were in the right spot. Eventually Erica came down and communicated to us what was going to occur. Overall it seemed somewhat unorganized.
Erica was very knowledgeable. The visit was very informative. Glad that we took the trip. Travel to the adventure was an adventure in it self. Almost felt like we were on the road to Hana.
It is a tour that you would rarely have the opportubity to experience. Information shared about bees, suited up in beekeepers suits and witnessed the bees in the bee boxes, which were removed so that participants could see and hold blocks from the hives. It was interesting.
Our group had a great time touring the bee farm and learning from Erica’s wealth of knowledge and experience. Would recommend to anyone!
A great tour and learning experience of the intricacies of bees! The drive to get there was spectacular too. Happy to come home with a special jar of honey from our tour.
